Be on time - sat here for 9am appt at 9.10am the Dr is not even here yet.
When receptionists ask what the appointment is for and have ensured sufficient time booked, both 6 week check and babies 1st injections although advised what they were at booking were not given enough time.
Refused appt for 2 weeks for baby, because not registered, is a disgrace.
Constant change of doctors- no consistency and have to repeat yourself.
Today specifically booked a female Dr. and just overheard the receptionist advise someone else she is no longer on today and it is a male Dr. You should advise people of these changes, at least when they check in, if you cannot do it beforehand.
I am seriously close to making a complaint of the unhelpful receptionists and poor way this surgery is run.

Answer the phones promptly - do no leave them ringing whilst having a chat/gossip.
Run to time - frequently 40 mins late.

Always helpful, never had any problems even when forgetting my prescription. Willing to help with any problems that you that you have. Nothing is never to much.

Whats great: Front desk staff always welcoming, helpful, accomodating, freindly, polite, calm (goodness knows how sometimes). Clean airey, bright waiting room and spotlessly clean. Dr.'s are always ready to listen. I never feel rushed and always feel that I have been heard. Sometimes there may be a little wait/ delay in my appointment. This is to be expected when one patient may one patient may take longer in consultation. However Doctors i my experience never try to make up time, they must just have a longer day. Big bonus having pharmacy on site.

This surgery needs work, probably new management and more doctors.
It's very difficult getting an appointment and if you get it it might be by phone call or even in another surgery.
It's difficult getting help there and even more difficult being constructive here.
All patients deserve medical assistance in a timely manner and face to face when needed.
